ADA Consulting

Your Access Advocates works with cities, towns, businesses, and individuals to identify access barriers and helps resolve those barriers so all individuals regardless of ability type have equal access.

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services

Your Access Advocates Deaf and Hard of Hearing Independent Living Services (DHILS) provides a variety of services for Deaf and Hard of Hearing consumers.

Independent Living

Your Access Advocates provides one-on-one Independent Living Services to individuals throughout Central MA.

One Care Long Term
Supports & Services (LTSS)

One Care is a Self-Directed Health Care model for individuals enrolled in MassHealth and Medicare. The goal of this demonstration is to provide a less expensive, better coordinated health care with greater access to necessary supports.

Options Counseling

Your Access Advocates offers options counseling to educate its clients about the resources available to help maintain independence.

Personal Care Management

Your Access Advocates is a Personal Care Management Agency. The personal care management program is designed for consumers in need of personal care assistance with activities of daily living (must be enrolled or qualify for MassHealth insurance).

Youth

Your Access Advocates provides assistance to youth with disabilities to help them achieve independence.
